My name is Lealai, and I am the founder and CEO of OCD Commercial Cleaning Company. Growing up with very cleanly parents, my father instilled in me that a clean space is a peace of mind. This lesson became a cornerstone of my life, shaping my values and work ethic. As a single mom of four autistic kids, I understand the unique challenges and rewards of balancing professional and personal life. Despite these challenges, I still manage to maintain a very cleanly space, which highlights my dedication to cleanliness and organization. This experience has fueled my passion for creating opportunities for other women to succeed. I founded OCD not only to provide top-tier cleaning services but also to empower women, especially those who are navigating similar paths. OCD is built on the principles of collaboration, support, and mutual growth. Our mission is to enhance the professional atmosphere of commercial environments through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Under my leadership, we will grow into a trusted name in the cleaning industry, known for our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction, this is my forte! Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading and writing. I also love to cook and clean for my kiddos.
